Explore safe science-backed plant medicine to help stay calm, lower anxiety and stress as well as boost sleep quality and length. With screen presentations, discussion and physic garden wanderings (weather permitting), engage with the plants, their volatile oils, the odd bioactive chemical and sample calming and sleep-inducing teas, tinctures and foodstuffs. ‘Memory & Mood’ runs in March.
