Samhain
NO PLACES LEFT
Samhain (summer’s end) is a festival of remembrance and the honouring of our ancestors. It’s said that at Samhain the veil that separates the worlds is at its thinnest – so on this night of wonder and magic the ancestral spirits join us in a sacred feast. As the cold of winter begins to strip the leaves from the trees, this is a meditation on what is passing and what, in our lives, we need to let go of.
This series of 8 seasonal gatherings are an opportunity to explore and deepen awareness of earth-centred spiritual heritage, symbolically celebrating the wheel of the year, independently facilitated by local members of druids.
Admission free – donations appreciated. Parking for this event is in the Top-up Car-park shared with Dilston Scouts – directions.
