Writing for Wellbeing: Our Creative Nature
Writing for Wellbeing: Our Creative Nature with Laura Napran (This is a repeat of the 22 May workshop)
Creativity is natural, and nature inspires creativity. What better place than magical Dilston Physic Garden to find our creative nature through some gentle mindful writing? As Writer in Wellbeing in Residence at the Garden and having led workshops here for 6 years, I know how these beautiful surroundings and atmosphere nurture words, ideas, creativity, and calm – as well as friendly and insightful discussion in the group. Though you never have to read aloud anything you’ve written! All writing levels welcome, anyone can do it.
We’ll do some enjoyable writing activities, have some excellent chat with like-minded people, a few laughs, and of course some tea and biccies. Your workshop fee also includes admission to the Garden, so feel free to bring a packed lunch for after the workshop and have a wander through this special space.
This is a Covid-secure workshop – Numbers are strictly limited to 9 people only. All bookings must be confirmed with payment.
