 k. Whatever our great British summer delivers us\, we can still enjoy summ
 ers bounty in our own bodies and selves.\nCome join us on a magical day su
 bmerged in the gorgeous gardens at Dilston - which are hugely healing in t
 hemselves\, some practises taking part both out and indoors.\nWe will enjo
 y movement practises including yoga and breathwork\, as well as a host of 
 healing activities to help us feel our brightest and most abundant selves.
  Clearing out heavy energy\, letting in the light and enjoying it's power 
 to help us feel our best selves.\nBookings made before Monday 17th June ar
