 herapy is the therapeutic practice of inhalation or bodily application of 
 fragrant essential oils to create a holistically balancing effect for the 
 physical\, emotional and spiritual body. In this workshop we will focus on
  the incorporation of essential oils within personal and spiritual practic
 es. Join your tutors\, Anne and Diane\, for a day of meditations\, plant c
 onnections\, journaling\, plus a journey around the gardens to discover th
 e plant energies you are drawn to. We will begin by connecting in circle t
 o rose\, the oil of universal love\, connecting to our higher selves and o
 pening our hearts to receive. During the afternoon we will be exploring an
 d connecting with plant energies via essential oils\, and you will be blen
 ding 2 items personal to you\, for taking home. Anne and Diane will also b
 e incorporating plant\, essential oil and other tarot and oracle cards to 
 connect with our higher selves and offer guidance.\nYou are invited to bri
 ng food to share for lunch\, as we gather in community\, a fabulous way to
  connect with each other. Drinks will be provided throughout the day. You 
 will have the opportunity to create your own herbal teas\, plus other beve
