SUMMARY:Guest Workshop: Be a wild wisewoman for a day! with Juno Quaintrell
DESCRIPTION:This is a day to celebrate the full summer season (incidentally
  it’s Lughnasadh\, the first of the old Celtic harvest festivals) - come
  as yourself!\n\nSummer has relaxed into itself and in our part of the wor
 ld the fruits of earth’s annual labours are abundant. Whether it’s hot
  or whether it’s not\, the land is abundant right now\, and a large part
  of our native fauna is focused on recovery after all the exertions of spr
 ing. The swifts - my absolute favourite bird - are already beginning their
  long flight south.\n\nWe\, too\, are taking a day off! We’ll spend it e
 xploring some of traditional arts of the wise woman and her ‘oldest know
 ledge’ which\, as it happens\, creates a well-balanced\, well-connected 
 life and an everyday relationship with nature. We’ll learn the basics of
  inner balance\, forage\, do some basic herbalism\, learn tools for workin
 g through big life issues with nature\, explore how to mark life’s big m
 oments for our own wellbeing and efficiency\, and we’ll celebrate as we 
 deserve.\n\nMost of all\, this is a day to give earth and ourselves some l
 ove!\n\nPlease Note: You might find it useful to bring a blank-page notebo
 ok\, a clean-lidded jar\, something to gather into\, and something to writ
 e/draw with.\n\nAbout Dr. Juno Quaintrell: I use a nature-centred approach
  to help women navigate midlife challenges and find a saner\, more authent
 ic way of being. With almost two decades of specialised cross-cultural res
 earch\, I help them tap into what indigenous peoples call ‘our oldest kn
 owledge’ through retreat-courses\, workshops\, and individual guidance a
 nd support. My approach uniquely gives my clients nature-centred underpinn
 ing for life\, helping them move forward into their best and most fulfilli
