DESCRIPTION:When life gets hard\, nature offers a different kind of thinkin
 g space.\n\nNew Terrain is a nature-led day for women at a threshold\, wit
 h a difficult decision to make. Through a series of carefully designed act
 ivities in and around Dilston Physic Garden\, you'll use the intelligence 
 of the natural world to gain new perspectives\, reconnect with what matter
 s most to you\, and begin to map out what comes next.\n\nThe day draws on 
 nature-based wisdom traditions from around the world to explore questions 
 of transition\, season\, and direction. You'll spend time outside in quiet
  observation\, work with metaphor and symbol\, explore what kind of turnin
 g point you're at and what it's asking of you - and leave with both clarit
 y and a sense of where to put your first foot.\n\nIt’s not a therapy day
  or a workshop in the conventional sense\, but a held space in nature at a
  time when you need one.\n\nPlease Note: You might find it useful to bring
  a blanket\, a blank-page notebook\, a clean-lidded jar\, something to gat
 her into\, and something to write/draw with.\n\nAbout Dr uno Quaintrell: I
  use a nature-centred approach to help women navigate midlife challenges a
 nd find a saner\, more authentic way of being. With almost two decades of 
 specialised cross-cultural research\, I help them tap into what indigenous
  peoples call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through retreat-courses\, worksho
 ps\, and individual guidance and support. My approach uniquely gives my cl
 ients nature-centred underpinning for life\, helping them move forward int
