DESCRIPTION:Ready for something new but not sure what? A day in nature to c
 hart your next steps.\n\nNew Terrain is a nature-led day for women at a th
 reshold - ready for something new\, but not yet sure what shape it will ta
 ke. Through a series of carefully designed activities in and around Dilsto
 n Physic Garden\, you'll use the intelligence of the natural world to gain
  new perspectives\, reconnect with what matters most to you\, and begin to
  map out what comes next.\n\nThe day draws on nature-based wisdom traditio
 ns from around the world to explore questions of transition\, season\, and
  direction. You'll spend time outside in quiet observation\, work with met
 aphor and symbol\, explore what kind of turning point you're at and what i
 t's asking of you - and leave with both clarity and a sense of where to pu
 t your first foot.\n\nNot a coaching day\, not a retreat - something altog
 ether more alive than either.\n\nPlease Note: You might find it useful to 
 bring a blank-page notebook\, a clean-lidded jar\, something to gather int
 o\, and something to write/draw with.\n\nAbout Dr Juno Quaintrell: I use a
  nature-centred approach to help women navigate midlife challenges and fin
 d a saner\, more authentic way of being. With almost two decades of specia
 lised cross-cultural research\, I help them tap into what indigenous peopl
 es call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through retreat-courses\, workshops\, a
 nd individual guidance and support. My approach uniquely gives my clients 
 nature-centred underpinning for life\, helping them move forward into thei
