DESCRIPTION:Light diminishes and in our part of the world\, nature turns 
 towards rest. We follow it inward. November is the season of depth\, an
 d this day works with the things we’d rather not look at: the fears\, 
 the losses\, the unlived parts of a life. Not to dwell on them but to co
 mpost\, because in nature\, what falls and decays becomes the richest g
 round for what comes next. \nSet in Dilston Physic Garden as the heart 
 of the dark season approaches\, the day draws on winter wisdom traditions
  from around the world\; cultures that understood this time of year not a
 s something to endure but as a season of depth\, story\, and necessary tur
 ning inward. You’ll spend time outside in the November garden\, work w
 ith reflection and symbol\, and leave with something that only the dark se
 ason can give: a deeper sense of what you’re made of\, and what is pre
 paring to grow. \nFor women who are ready to stop rushing past the diffic
 ult things and find out what they have to offer. \nPlease Note: You might
  find it useful to bring a blanket\, a blank-page notebook\, a clean-lidde
 d jar\, something to gather into\, and something to write/draw with.\nAbou

 ate midlife challenges and find a saner\, more authentic way of being. Wit
 h almost two decades of specialised cross-cultural research\, I help them 
 tap into what indigenous peoples call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through r
 etreat-courses\, workshops\, and individual guidance and support. My appro
