  I use a nature-centred approach to help women navigate midlife challenges
  and find a saner\, more authentic way of being. With almost two decades o
 f specialised cross-cultural research\, I help them tap into what indigeno
 us peoples call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through retreat-courses\, works
 hops\, and individual guidance and support. My approach uniquely gives my 
 clients nature-centred underpinning for life\, helping them move forward i
