DESCRIPTION:Working with plants as living\, evolved\, complex beings and co
 ming to them from a place of reverence\, allows access to a deeper medicin
 e. In this way plants can act as our allies and be profoundly helpful\, no
 t only for physical ailments\, but also on our personal spiritual journey.
 \n\nThis is an opportunity to develop your capacity to access sacred exper
 ience. During the weekend you’ll find your own plant ally to work with a
 t this stage in your life’s journey and prepare an essence from your pla
 nt to take home and use.\n\nWe will explore a range practices to help awak
 en our more subtle senses and intuition. These will include meditation\, t
 he use of presence and attention\, and shamanic journeying. Together we wi
 ll deepen our connection with a number of our wonderful native medicinal p
 lants and trees.\n\nRoss has been practising as a medical herbalist for ov
 er 20 years\, He and his wife Katrina run a gardening therapy project for 
 people with mental health difficulties. They are also ordained as interfai
 th ministers and offer spiritual accompaniment and individual healing retr
 eats.\n\nThe weekend course costs £120\, with a deposit of £60 being pai
