 meaning of symptoms\, and understanding which medicinal plants can be used
  is a life affirming adventure! Go home with an ointment\, tincture and ot
 her preparations. Bring packed lunch\, waterproofs/umbrella if it’s wet 
 and a digital camera/sketch pad if you’d like to aid identification.\n\n
