DESCRIPTION:Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many faiths fo
 r spiritual centering\, contemplation\, and prayer. Using sound and drummi
 ng as a medium to help you enter an altered state of awareness\, Christine
  will support you to deepen into the practice of labyrinth walking even if
  it is a new experience for you. Christine has facilitated guided labyrint
 h journeys at the garden for several years\, helping people to gain new in
 sights about themselves through the subtle power of Labyrinth walking.\n\n
 In this Winter special\, Christine will be inviting attention and introspe
 ction on the symbolic time of the winter solstice which marks the darkest 
 day of the year.\n\nShared vegetarian lunch and teas provided. There will 
 be time spent outside with the Labyrinth bring a coat and warm layers.\n\n
