 nderful way to explore our own inner wisdom. Writing for Wellbeing believe
 s that we all know stuff already – we just need to give ourselves some s
 pace and time for our creativity to find all that wisdom. It’s also wond
 erful when that space includes other like-minded writers who come together
  to share writing and friendly discussion. Join us for some gentle writing
  activities using a variety of inspirational prompts and approaches.\n\nAn
 d what better place than magical Dilston Physic Garden to find our creativ
 e nature through some gentle mindful writing? As Writer in Wellbeing in Re
 sidence at the Garden and having led workshops here for 9 years\, I know h
 ow these beautiful surroundings and atmosphere nurture words\, ideas\, cre
 ativity\, and calm — as well as friendly and insightful discussion with 
 like-minded and friendly people. Though you never have to read aloud anyth
 ing you’ve written! All writing levels welcome\, anyone can do it.\n\nPa
