 you too!). Letting our words onto the page releases wonderful ideas\, crea
 tivity\, inspiration\, and is mood-boosting as well. Creativity makes you 
 feel good. Join us for some gentle writing activities with like-minded peo
 ple\, where we have the opportunity for self-expression in a welcoming and
  encouraging atmosphere.\n\nAnd what better place than magical Dilston Phy
 sic Garden to find our creative nature through some gentle mindful writing
 ? As Writer in Wellbeing in Residence at the Garden and having led worksho
 ps here for 11 years\, I know how these beautiful surroundings and atmosph
 ere nurture words\, ideas\, creativity\, and calm — as well as friendly 
 and insightful discussion with fellow writers. Though you never have to re
 ad aloud anything you’ve written! All writing levels welcome\, anyone ca
