DESCRIPTION:Your story matters. Whatever your age\, we all have many things
  in our lives worth writing about. We’ll bring together lovely activitie
 s to write about our life experiences in a positive and affirming way. Usi
 ng different perspectives and creativity\, we’ll recall some good memori
 es\, and tap into that inner wisdom we’ve gained along the way. Having a
  full day for the workshop\, we’ll be able to try a variety of ways to a
 ccess the wealth of our experiences\, and have a relaxing time writing\, c
 hatting\, and enjoying in the Garden.\nAnd what better place than magical 
 Dilston Physic Garden to find our creative nature through some gentle mind
 ful writing? As Writer in Wellbeing in Residence at the Garden and having 
 led workshops here for 10 years\, I know how these beautiful surroundings 
 and atmosphere nurture words\, ideas\, creativity\, and calm — as well a
 s friendly and insightful discussion with like-minded and friendly people.
