Become an Educator Volunteer at Dilston Physic Garden and help welcome and educate visitors, groups and school groups.

This role includes guiding visitors round the physic garden and assisting with school groups visits. As well giving tours and responding to any questions, there are opportunities to as assist with developing our educational programme and our outreach capacity. No experience required, as prior training will be given, but we require that you are friendly, dedicated, reliable, willing to learn and can commit to a minimum of 3 sessions per month.

Benefits include working in the tranquil Physic Garden, a refreshing break from routine, picking up botanical tip-bits for health and medicine and gaining invaluable experience.

If you’re a person with a passion for people and plants and can commit to coming regularly for 3 half-days a month, then email Holly Hopkinson to receive an application form.
