Welcome to our virtual well being sessions!
These wellbeing sessions have been designed to bring you wellness and relaxation at home while helping raise funds for our Help Children Grow project. Your donation will help us reach our current target within the project which will improve our current educational facilities, access, information and spaces for children, as well as further grow and develop our educational outreach opportunities for schools, so that we are able to better inspire, engage and educate with a range of ages. We will be bringing you a new class each week for you to enjoy and have a range of sessions, with all tutors or instructors generously donating their time.
