Welcome to our virtual well being sessions!

All sessions have been designed to bring you wellness and relaxation at home, all while helping raise funds for the Dilston Physic Garden Charity (just click to donate prior to watching the workshop). We will be bringing you a new class each week for you to enjoy!

We have a range of sessions, with all tutors or instructors generously donating their time.
