This is your chance to be part of a new intimate and experiential group focusing on dreams and dreaming. It will be an amalgamation of various ways of expressing and building a relationship with dreams and dreaming and includes discussion and creative techniques. This is not a psychotherapy group! Although we will use some techniques learned in psychotherapy training and theory to enhance the expression of the dreams we bring our attention to. Participants bring, share and explore their dreams together. Keeping a journal of dreams is helpful but not essential.
All sessions take place on Friday 1pm-5pm, meeting 8 times from October 2023 to June 2024: 20th October, 24th November, 26th January, 23rd February, 29th March, 26th April, 31st May and 28th June. Limited places: 10 maximum. Fees are £50 per session* and require a commitment to the group for the 8 monthly sessions. Some sessions may be missed, but each session must be paid for to ensure fairness, group cohesion and venue hire.
