With this workshop be empowered to take care of yourself and your family using a few safe, popular herbs. This workshop is 2 hours packed with knowledge and practical tips, exploring properties of herbs which would enable you to put them to use as medicine to remedy a variety of common complaints. You’ll also have an opportunity to explore the beautiful Dilston Physic Garden, where you can learn and experience much more about herbs.
Each of Milena’s workshops are self-contained and can be booked separately, including those on the same day so you can book on both and enjoy the garden in between.

About the tutor: Workshop is led by Milena who is a pharmacist, qualified in Poland where, as in much of Europe, plant medicine constitutes a substantial part of the pharmacy stock and are commonly used for the management of minor ailments. She is here to share her knowledge and let you take care of yourself in a natural way!
