Labyrinths are places of meditation, inner reflection and archetypes of change. Working with the beautiful Dilston Physic Garden for the last 7 years and building a deep connection with it and the surrounding land, this afternoon enables you to reflect in a safe nurturing way with sound and silence, and sharing sacred space with others. Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share.
