Discover how to identify, harvest and use wild plants for medicine and food. Explore delicious and nutritious foods found in the wild. Gain the skill, knowledge and confidence to treat minor ailments with plants and to use them to help you stay healthy and vital. Being aware of the meaning of symptoms, and understanding which medicinal plants can be used is a life affirming adventure! Go home with an ointment, tincture and other preparations. Bring packed lunch, waterproofs/umbrella if it’s wet and a digital camera/sketch pad if you’d like to aid identification.
