How Your Gift Will Impact

The biggest challenges lie ahead. Together we’ve achieved so much for our community. But there’s so much still to be done. With a gift in your Will, we can carry on protecting our nations health and its ecological biodiversity, long into the future.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Children are inspired to join our training in plants for health.

In the UK, 90% of young people do not regularly consume medicinal plants, despite the growing health challenges we face from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and dementia. Our modern lifestyle, dominated by processed foods, has led to a lack of awareness about how regular consumption of protective medicinal plants can support health and prevent chronic conditions. Additionally, the rise in anxiety and mental health issues can be addressed with plant-based remedies that offer similar efficacy with fewer side effects compared to equivalent pharmaceutical treatments.

A gift in your Will can help us campaign for medicinal plant education in schools, empowering young people to take control of their health. We’ve already begun promoting this important education in schools and have carried out scientific research into the benefits of medicinal plants for brain health and memory. With your support, we can continue this vital work.

Protecting Biodiversity

Meadowsweet, a powerful anti-inflammatory plant striving to grow in a verge

The UK is one of the most biodiversity-depleted nations in the world, with our remaining wilderness areas under constant threat from large-scale agriculture and urban development. These spaces, lack the necessary wilderness corridors to support thriving ecosystems, critical for the health of our environment and for protecting our biodiverisity and native species.

Through your support, we’ve expanded our natural-habitat wilderness into our cultivation farm. You can help us continue this work by helping us preserve our natural-habitat cultivation, and helping us promote wild green spaces, containing medicinal plants, ensuring the preservation and growth of our native flora and fauna to help restore ecological balance.

Promoting Community Wellbeing

Our Gardening for Wellbeing is a weekly community event.

Mental health continues to be one of the most pressing issues affecting both children and adults. Your support can help us advocate for more wild green spaces, like ours, and help us continue and promote community gardening programes that reduce anxiety, improve physical health, and foster a sense of belonging.

With the help of supporters like you, we’ve launched our community gardening program, that provides therapeutic gardening for isolated individuals in the community. Together, we can continue to create more opportunities for healing and connection in the community.
