Elderberry Tincture

Elderberry Tincture (previously ‘Spirit’) 100 ml 1:3 

A traditional plant medicine used to reduce the symptoms and length of colds and flu, and also as a tonic to help prevent infection during the winter months. In controlled clinical trials Sambucus nigra lowers the length of flu by 3 days. 

Ingredients: Organic Elder (Sambucus nigra) berries, molasses, cinnamon, clove 45% alcohol ABV. 

Directions for use: 

ADULTS: 5ml 2-3 times a day in water & shake well before each use. 

Store in a cool dark place.
