Peppermint Tea

At Dilston Physic Garden, our mint (Mentha) is grown organically in the heart of Northumberland. More than just a refreshing herb traditionally used for its invigorating flavor, mint is also celebrated for its wide array of health benefits, many of which are now backed by modern science.
