Join us for a full day of writing and discussion — for finding your own personal wisdom and exploring paths to positivity through creative and enjoyable writing activities. There’s lots of benefits to be had doing one-off journalling at the workshop. But you may just find that it provides the motivation and tools to keep you writing regularly for your wellbeing — and fun!
And what better place than magical Dilston Physic Garden to find our creative nature through some gentle mindful writing? As Writer in Wellbeing in Residence at the Garden and having led workshops here for 8 years, I know how these beautiful surroundings and atmosphere nurture words, ideas, creativity, and calm — as well as friendly and insightful discussion with like-minded and friendly people. Though you never have to read aloud anything you’ve written! All writing levels welcome, anyone can do it. Just bring a notebook and a pen, and your own wonderful enthusiasm to give it a go!
