Join NIMH medical herbalist Davina Hopkinson for a series of four enchanting Potion Club sessions throughout 2026. Perfect for curious children aged 8–12, these interactive clubs offer a fun and magical journey into the world of medicinal plants and their health benefits. Attend any session individually or experience the full series!

What to Expect:

  • Hands-On Learning: Discover local plants in gardens, hedgerows, and woods. Forage for ingredients and transform them into real medicinal potions!
  • Seasonal Themes: From spring tonics to autumn remedies, explore how plants support health year-round.
  • Interactive Activities: We’ll pick a ‘Plant of the Month’, learn its uses, and craft our own potions for tummy aches, better sleep, and more.
  • Stories and History: Dive into the rich history of herbal medicine and enjoy magical folktales

2026 Session Dates:

All sessions scheduled for school half-term, and each session unique and packed with exciting surprises! Attend any individually or experience the full series:

  • Thursday 16th April
  • Thursday 28th May
  • Thursday 23th July
  • Thursday 27th August

Please bring your own packed lunch.

Cost: £60 for four or £20 each.
