Working with the Great Bear and the labyrinth explore this dark time of the year and the turning point when we come out of the darkness of winter to the sun returning on her glorious path.
The bear is seen as the fierce protector and also the constellation in the sky we can easily see at this time. What better way to spend this day working with her energies, preparing us for the time of Christmas, a day away from all the material madness.
