We’re excited to share some moments from our first big harvest of the season, where we gathered key plants used in our medicinal tea blends and tinctures. This week’s harvest featured several memory-supporting herbs, including Sage, Lemon Balm, Peppermint, and others—each celebrated for their gentle, uplifting effects on wellbeing but also revered as potent plant medicines in appropriate dosages and contexts. We recently shared a blog post on the effects of these plants on memory for Dementia Action week, you can take a look here.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful volunteers for your energy, care, and continued dedication. For more information about volunteering read on here.
