It’s that time of year again! Celebrate the season with a festive day of winter botanicals, guided tours and a seasonal tea-making workshop. In between wandering around the garden there are plenty of festive activities to discover as you enjoy the garden’s winter delights for the last event of the year:
- Warm up by the fire at the sitooterie with some of our festive refreshments – mulled wine, botanical teas, roasted chestnuts and sweet treats!
- Take part in our drop-in tea-making workshop and go home with your very own winter tea blend
- Join one of our guided educational tours, scheduled throughout the day
- Discover stocking fillers and other gifts for the botanically minded at the physic shop
The garden will be open from 11am to 4pm. General admission is free, but any kind donations will go to funding future events and community programs for 2025. There will also be a £10 fee per person for the winter tea-making drop-in workshop.
Bring warm clothes and appropriate footwear, and also your curiosity and a sense of wonder—come ready to make, taste, and savour the scents of the season!
