See how easy and effective a relationship with nature can be, and what a difference it can make for you and for Earth!
Happiness is a full day in nature exploring what genuine happiness actually looks like for you – not an Instagram version, but a real, lasting, radical kind! Set in and around the beautiful surroundings of Dilston Physic Garden, it’s a day to step out of the noise of ordinary life and into something that feels genuinely good.
Drawing on the latest science of wellbeing alongside nature-based wisdom from around the world, the day weaves together reflection, outdoor activity, and the special clarity that comes from being in a living, growing place. You’ll explore what happiness means on your own terms and what gets in the way of it, learn why it’s important to start with yourself, take steps to an everyday relationship with the natural world, and discover what small but significant shifts might make it more present in your daily life.
Warm, grounded, and occasionally surprising – and very possibly the most useful day out you’ll have all year.
Please Note: You might find it useful to bring a blank-page notebook, a clean-lidded jar, something to gather into, and something to write/draw with.
About Dr. Juno Quaintrell: I use a nature-centred approach to help women navigate midlife challenges and find a saner, more authentic way of being. With almost two decades of specialised cross-cultural research, I help them tap into what indigenous peoples call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through retreat-courses, workshops, and individual guidance and support. My approach uniquely gives my clients nature-centred underpinning for life, helping them move forward into their best and most fulfilling chapter yet.
