Event Type

Autumn is a season of honest reckoning and real celebration. Yield is a day that takes both seriously. Set in Dilston Physic Garden as the year begins to turn, it’s a day for women who are ready to take stock of what they’ve actually built, grown, and learned – and to decide, with clarity and an open heart, what to carry forward and what to let fall.

What has grown in you since January? What surprised you? What didn’t come up, and what does that tell you? What are you ready to offer the world, and what are you finally ready to release?

The day weaves together reflection, outdoor activity, shared stories, and the wisdom of the harvest season across cultures. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what this chapter has been for, and what the next one might hold.

Warm, honest, and joyful – autumn at its best!

Please Note: You might find it useful to bring a blanket, a blank-page notebook, a clean-lidded jar, something to gather into, and something to write/draw with.

About Dr. Juno Quaintrell: I use a nature-centred approach to help women navigate midlife challenges and find a saner, more authentic way of being. With almost two decades of specialised cross-cultural research, I help them tap into what indigenous peoples call ‘our oldest knowledge’ through retreat-courses, workshops, and individual guidance and support. My approach uniquely gives my clients nature-centred underpinning for life, helping them move forward into their best and most fulfilling chapter yet.
