Working with plants as living evolved beings allows access to a deeper medicine. In this way plants can act as our allies and be helpful not only for physical ailments, but also on our personal spiritual journey. Develop your capacity to work intuitively with plants and enter sacred relationship with them. We will use practices that include meditation, perceiving with the heart and shamanic journeying and will prepare a plant essence to take away.
Please bring a packed lunch, camera/sketch pad to help identification of plants and waterproofs/ umbrella if it’s wet; hot drinks provided.
