Creativity makes you feel good. Join us for some gentle writing activities with like-minded people, where we have the opportunity for self-expression in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
And what better place than magical Dilston Physic Garden to find our creative nature through some gentle mindful writing? As Writer in Wellbeing in Residence at the Garden and having led workshops here for 11 years, I know how these beautiful surroundings and atmosphere nurture words, ideas, creativity, and calm — as well as friendly and insightful discussion with fellow writers. Though you never have to read aloud anything you’ve written! All writing levels welcome, anyone can do it.
